Ada Beauchamp's Obituary
Ada Beauchamp, 85, of Nashville died Monday September 14, 2015 in Tift Regional Medical Center.
She was born April 15, 1930 in Brooks County to the late Vonnie Lee Mitchell and the late Beulah Elizabeth Newsome. She was a nursing assistant and surgical tech for Dr. Frank Carter and Purchasing agent for Adel Memorial Hospital. She attended the Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law: Virgil Mathis; grandson: Chris Mathis; and brother: Riley Lee Mitchell.
She is survived by her daughter: Mary Mathis of Nashville; son: Bobby Sutton of Nashville; 2 brothers: Garland Mitchell of Nashville and Brooks Mitchell of Nashville; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday September 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM in Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. J. W. Dukes, III and Rev. Junior Swain officiating. Interment will follow in Poplar Springs cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday in the church from 9-11 AM.
