Albert Franklin "Albie" Shively, 27, of the West Berrien Community, went to be with Jesus on Wednesday June 8, 2011 in the Tift Regional Medical Center.

He was born August 29, 1983 in Lowndes County to Albert Maillen Shively III and Teresa Darley. He was a mechanic with the United Parcel Service and a member of Southland Church in Valdosta.

He is survived by his wife: Amanda Harris Shively of West Berrien; 2 sons: Cole and Mason Shively both of West Berrien; brother: Chad Shively of Ray City; father: Albert M. Shively III of Ray City; mother and step father: Teresa and Keith Lewis of Nashville; paternal grandmother: Claire Shively of Ray City; maternal grandmother and step grandfather: Doris and Buddy Exum of Nashville; maternal grandfather: Franklin Darley of Venezuela. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Albert M. Shively, Jr.

Funeral services will be held Sunday June 12, 2011 at 4 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Williams and the Rev. Caleb Hardeman officiating. Visitation is Saturday after 3 pm with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 PM.
