Alice Ruth Marks, 87, of Nashville, died Monday September 24, 2018 at her residence.

She was born October 17, 1930 in Bremen, GA to the late Loyd Coleman and the late Mattie Rowell Coleman. She was a homemaker and worked for several years as a food server at Berrien Elementary School. She was the widow of Luther Marks and was also preceded in death by a son: Steve Dentmon and 4 daughters: Pansy Rogers, Nadine Dentmon, Janice Marie Jeffrey and Vivian Dentmon.

She is survived by 3 daughters: Gloria (Tommy) Wilcox of Lakeland, FL, Debra (Mitchell) Knight of Branford, FL and Rachel Maunsell of Zephyrhills, FL; sister-in-law: Tina Coleman of Riverview, FL; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday September 29, 2018 at 1:30 PM in the Hillsboro Memorial Gardens in Brandon, FL with the Rev. Santos Mays officiating. Visitation is Friday from 5 to 7 PM in the funeral home.
