Allan Geoffrey Nelson, 63, of Nashville died Wednesday April 25, 2018 at SGMC Berrien Campus.
He was born January 26, 1955 in Kansas City, MO to Lorraine Shepard Nelson and the late Dr. Fred Leon Nelson. He was a night accountant with Fitzgerald Underwear and a member of Nashville United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his mother: Lorraine Nelson of Nashville; sister: Mary Lou (Steven) Goehring of Hoshton; brother: Gregory (Leslie) Nelson of Mexico Beach, FL; Nieces and nephews: CW4 Lee (Debbie) Nelson of Frederick, MD, SSGT Kelly (Kevin) Jacobson of Sadieville, KY, Chris (Sarah) Swindell of Peoria, IL, Lisa (Jamie) Luke of Buford and Stephanie (James) Harms of Buckhead; 4 grand nephews and 2 grand nieces.
The family will honor his request for cremation, and a memorial service will be held in Atlanta on a later date.
