Anna Helen Schmeidel Partin, 97, of Plantation, FL died Monday September 21, 2020 at Five Star Resident in Plantation, FL.

She was born to the late Anna Meltzer and the late John Schmeidel on December 13, 1922 in Bronx, NY.  She worked and retired from the City of New York and attended Plantation Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years: Charles L. Partin; two brothers: John Schmeidel and Edward Schmeidel.

She is survived by a sister: Cora (Jerry) Schlam  of Sunrise, FL; one sister-in-law: Annette (Leon) Harrell of Ray City; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service was held Monday October 5, 2020 at 11 AM at Riverside Baptist Church Cemetery with family members Annette Harrell, Margaret Jones, Rachel Worley, James Jones and Howard Walker officiating.  The songs, How Great Thou Art and Amazing Grace by Alan Jackson, were played.
