Annette Harrell, 91, of Ray City, died Tuesday August 15, 2023 at her residence.

She was born April 11, 1932 in Jeff Davis County to the late Charles Leonard Partin and the late Delvenia Ola Brogdon. She was a homemaker, enjoyed working in her garden, loved flowers and cooking. She was a member of Riverside Missionary Baptist Church and attended Ray City United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband: James Elton "Eddie" Jones who died in 1999. She was also preceded in death by a grandson: James A. Jones; 3 sisters: Loudine Walker, Sara Lene Brewer and Eunice McNeal; 4 brothers: Ray Partin, Sam Partin, Charles Partin, Jr and Robert Partin.

She is survived by her husband: Leon Harrell of Ray City; 2 daughters: Teresa (Paul) Newbern of Nashville and Beverly (John) Kincade of Palm Bay, FL; 2 sons: James (Lori) Jones of Lakeland and Tony (Lisa) Harrell of Valdosta; 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday August 19, 2023 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Mitchell and Rev. Danita Knowles officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverside cemetery. Visitation is Saturday one hour prior to the service.
