Annie Lou Sirmans, 86, of Ray City, died Sunday December 24, 2023 at SGMC.

She was born March 18, 1937 in Clinch County to the late Charlie Dunn and the late Bertha Stone Dunn. She was a retired seamstress with Nashville Textile and a member of Knights Memorial Chapel. She was a loving, caring, mother, grandmother, who gave so much to so many. She was the widow of I.B. Sirmans who died in 2007 and was also preceded in death by 2 infant children; a grandson: Dakota Sirmans; 2 sisters: Jo Swearinger Adams and Mary Browning and a daughter-in-law: Joan Sirmans.

She is survived by a daughter: Margaret (Ron) Coleman of Nashville; 6 sons: Charles Sirmans of Sparks, Robert (Michelle) Sirmans of Havelock, NC; Wesley Sirmans of Nashville, Tony (Barbie) Sirmans of Brunswick. Marshall (Cindy) Sirmans of Ray City and John Sirmans of Nashville; 20 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday December 28, 2023 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Spikes officiating. Interment will follow in the Mud Creek cemetery. Visitation is Thursday one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
