Aracelis Ruiz Cintron, 65, of Bayamon Puerto Rico, died Friday March 30, 2018 in the South Georgia Medical Center.

She was born November 15, 1952 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to the late Miguel Ruiz and the late Maria Cintron. She was a homemaker and retired social worker with the Puerto Rico Department of Health and Human Services and was of the Protestant faith.

She is survived by her husband: Juan Velazquez Ruiz of Bayamon, Puerto Rico; 2 daughters: Zenia (Brandon) Livingston of Nashville and Sara (Willard) Cartwright of Nashville; son: Juan (Shirley) Gonzales of Philadelphia, PA; 4 sisters: Maria Ruiz Cintron of Bayamon, PR, Mildred Soto, Elsa Sobrino  and Melba Rivera all of Reading, PA; 9 grandchildren.

The family will honor her request for cremation and there will not be a formal service.
