Arthur Porter Tuttle, 79, of Nashville, died Saturday October 5, 2013 at his residence.
He was born February 13, 1934 in Lexington, KY to the late Sewell Tuttle and the late Gladys Tuttle. He was a retired Master Sergeant United States Air Force and worked as an electrician on jet fighters. He also served 3 tours during Vietnam Conflict and attended Hope Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a daughter: JoAnn Tuttle, son: David Tuttle, a brother, and a sister.
He is survived by his wife: Lois Smith Tuttle of Nashville; 3 daughters: Terri Tuttle of Nashville, Debby French of Nashville, and Sherri Upson of Valdosta; 2 sons: Tommy Tuttle of Nashville and Shane Tuttle of Nashville; 20 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren; brother: Ray Tuttle of Quincy, WA, and sister: Betty Royer of Lake City, FL.
Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday October 9, 2013 at 2 PM in the Nashville Memorial Gardens with full military honors. The Rev. Ray Calvin will officiate. Visitation is Wednesday from 10 AM until hour of services.
