Ayden Jace Karst, 13, of Nashville died Sunday, April 13, 2025, in Berrien County.

He was born March 9, 2012, in Valdosta and was a 7th grade student at Berrien Middle School. He loved the outdoors, playing video games, basketball, football, and riding four wheelers. He idolized his older brother, loved the Florida Gators, and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He is survived by his mother: Dawn Karst (Nelson Ray) of Nashville; brother: Dawson (Chloe) May of Nashville; uncle and aunt: Greg and Connie May of Nashville; grandfather: Nelson Ray of Nashville; nephew: Rollyns May of Nashville; cousins: Victoria (Lee) Atkison, Shelly (Tanner) Kirk, McGarrett, Maverick, Kylie and Zoey all of Nashville.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 4 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with Bishop Andrew Dunn officiating. Interment will follow in Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
