Barney Marlin Ray,age 74 of Hahira, died Wednesday February 23 at his residence. He was a retired Tech Sergeant US Air Force and was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Brown Ray who died in 2008.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Nancy Faye (Terry) Brogdon of Nashville and Peggy Gwendolyn (Charles) Parrish of Mims, Fl; son, Earl Larry Ray of Hahira; 10 grandchilden and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday February 27 at 2 pm in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with interment in the Bennett Family cemetery with full military honors. Rev. Scott King will officiate.

Visitation is Saturday 7-9 pm at the funeral home.
