Betty Jean Durrance, 84, of Nashville, died Thursday September 3, 2015 at her residence.

She was born June 23, 1931 in Berrien County to the late Rev. Roy Hendley and the late Eva Griner Hendley. She was a homemaker, prior owner of Showtime Video, lifetime member of Riverside Baptist Church and attended A'Neway Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Eva Jean and a sister, Mary Helen Booth.

She is survived by her husband: Leon Durrance of Nashville; 2 daughters: Vicki Cole of Nashville and Jeannie (Luke) Jackson of Lebanon, IN; sister: Maxine Rowe of Nashville; 5 grandchildren: Kerri, Matt, John, Bart and Karla; 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday September 6, 2015 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday from 7 to 9 PM.
