Betty Winkler, 95, of Valdosta, formerly of Hamilton, OH, died Sunday December 8, 2024 in the Langdale Hospice House.

She was born May 30, 1929 in Hamilton, OH to the late Arthur Cox and the late Dovie McKinney. She was a retired supervisor of order entry for Southern Oil Steel. She was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church and was a member of the "Church Lunch Bunch", founding member of Club 48 and a graduate of Hamilton High School Class of 1948. She was preceded in death by her husbands: Ray Marcum and Fred Winkler.

She is survived by her daughter: Kathy Perry (Ralph Smith) of Valdosta; 3 grandchildren: Jason (Sarah) Perry, Sara (John) Lipari and Stephanie Jackson.

Her remains will be forwarded to the Weigel Funeral Home in Hamilton, OH for services and interment in the Greenwood cemetery.
