Willie Brown "Bill" Gribble, 66, of Nashville, died Wednesday June 16, 2021 at his residence.

He was born May 6, 1955 in McMinnville, TN to the late Earl Brown Gribble and the late Eleanor Byford Gribble. He had been employed with Chaparral Boats, worked in heating and air conditioning and construction. He was truly a jack of trades. He was preceded in death by a daughter: Stormy Lynn Brown.

He is survived by his wife: Sharon Ernest Gribble of Nashville; 4 daughters: Violet Michelle (Michael) Davis of McMinnville, TN, Sherry Blevins of Nashville, Felicia (Scott) Taylor of Stokesdale, NC and Christine "Smigett" (Jamey) Kendricks of Nashville, TN; 6 sons: Junior (Cynthia) Gribble of Stokesdale, NC, Chad Gribble of Nashville, Earl Knowles of Adel, Charlie Knowles of Nashville, Jason Knowles of Sparks and Cory Knowles of Nashville; 3 brothers: Jack (Angel) Gribble of Nashville, TN, Mike (Deborah) Gribble of Nashville, TN and Jeff (Joyce) Gribble of Nashville, TN; 22 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday June 18, 2021 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home. Visitation is Friday one hour prior to the services.
