Billy Joe Harper, 50, of Nashville, died Friday August 31, 2012 at his residence.
He was born September 16, 1961 in Hahira to the late Charles Lucious Harper and Sally Brogdon. He was an iron worker.
He is survived by his wife: Constance Jean Gaiser "Connie" Harper of Nashville; 2 daughters:, Jennifer (Adam) Cole of Larrimore, ND and Dana (Cody) Hodge of Nashville; step daughter: Sara Virginia Luke of Grayson 4 grandchildren: Zoey, Emily, and Dillon Hodge, Zaniel Cole; mother: Sally Harper of Nashville; 3 brothers: Carl Harper of Thomasville, Mike (JanAnn) Harper of Nashville, and Dale (Lisa) Harper of Nashville; sister: Donna (Scott) King of Nashville; 3 nieces and 5 nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday September 6, 2012 at 4 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott King officiating. Interment will follow in the Guthrie Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 2 PM until time of service.
