Bobby Rowe, 79, of Alapaha died Saturday May 10, 2025, at his residence.

He was born October 28, 1945, in Irwin County to the late Dewey Rowe and the late Lady Bell Walker Rowe. He was a trucker driver with Swift Transportation and attended Living Word Church. He enjoyed working in his yard, fishing, and spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his wife: Evelyn Gray Rowe who died in 2016; 3 daughters: Marsha Rowe, Stephanie Rowe and Tina Rowe; 2 grandchildren: Derek Rowe and Peighson Rowe; 3 brothers: Donnell Rowe, Herbert Rowe and Jimmy Rowe; 3 sisters: Margaret Ann White, Shirley Cook and Sue Rowe.

He is survived by 4 sons: Tim Rowe of Nashville, Robert (Jennifer) Rowe of Alapaha, John (Melissa) Rowe of Nashville and Joe (Sherry) Rowe of Nashville; daughter: Brenda Herring of Nashville; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 14, 2025, at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with Rev. Junior Stone and Rev. Mark Purvis officiating. Interment will follow in Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
