Bonnie Bennett Jilcott, 73, of Nashville, died Thursday August 25, 2022 at SGMC in Valdosta.

She was born March 27, 1949 in Berrien County to the late James Benjamin Bennett and the late Mina Lou Nix Bennett. She was employed with Nashville Mills and for many years work with Kady Bags in Pearson. She was a member Forest Hill Free Will Baptist Church and was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Ronnie Bennett and James Bennett.

She is survived by her husband: Philip Michael "Mike" Jilcott of Nashville; 3 sons: Michael Jilcott of Nashville, Duane (Jennifer) Jilcott of Nashville and James Benjamin Jilcott of Nashville; daughter: Brittney (Andrew) Burtschin of Moultrie; 4 sisters: Hilda Tidwell of Ray City, Helen (Billy) Crowley of Nashville, Ann (Kenneth) Skinner of Nashville and Vanessa Bennett of Nashville; brother: Wayne (Cathy) Bennett of Nashville; 4 grandchildren: Johnnie Jilcott, Bobby Jilcott, Macy Rogers and Jeremiah Jilcott; 3 great grandchildren: Scarlet Rogers, Toby Rogers and Wallace Rogers; several nieces and nephews.

Her family will honor her request for cremation and there will not be a formal service.
