Norman George "Butch" Houston, III, 80, of Nashville passed away on Saturday December 17, 2022 in Macon, GA. He was born January 4, 1942 to the late Norman George Houston, Jr and the late Mary Erneste Perry Houston.

He is survived by his three children with his former wife, Penny Perryman Houston. His children are Norman George "Bo" (Joli) Houston, IV, Lowery Houston (Charlie) May and Arthur Adams (Maranda) Houston; grandchildren: Shelton Houston, Cappie May, Charlie May, III, Hobby Houston, Lila Houston and Ryn Houston; sisters: Sue Houston Tittle and Lou Houston (Rick) Putnam; and in addition, Gail Melton.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday December 20, 2022 at 11 AM in the Nashville United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Monday at Shadow Oak Plantation in Nashville from 4 to 6 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the Nashville United Methodist Church (P.O. Box 5036, Nashville, GA 31639) or the Youth Field Trial Alliance (12410 County Line Road, Pavo, GA 31778). The service will be live streamed at: facebook.com/nashvillegaumc.
