Carson Boyd's Obituary
Carson Boyd, 83, of Ray City,died Tuesday November 23, 2010 at his residence.
He is survived by his wife: Juanita Roland Boyd of Ray City; daughter: Elaine (Mark) Schmitt of Lakeland, Fl; 3 sons: Henry (Jessie Lee) Boyd of Gulfport, Ms; Hershell (Marie) Boyd and Daniel (Angela) Boyd both of Ray City; sister: Ruth Sirmans of Valdosta; 8 grandchildren: Mandy, Rebecca, Justin, Travis, Emily, Kailey, Hailey, and Dylan; 3 great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by 2 brothers: Horace and Charlie Boyd.
Funeral services will be held Friday November 26, 2010 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral with the Rev. J.W. Dukes III officiating.Interment will follow in the Poplar Springs Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 7 to 9 PM.
