Obituary

Charles Franklin Duggan, 86, of Nashville, died Monday October 24, 2022 at his residence.

He was born May 7, 1936 in Charlton County to the late Willie H. Duggan and the late Mamie Stephens Duggan. He was a retired parts manager after 60 years of service with Howard-Webb Ford, John Chambless Ford, Bo Lovein Ford and Mike Burch Ford. He was a member and deacon of Riverside Missionary Baptist Church and had been a Mason in the Willacoochee Lodge F & AM. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters: Mildred Longstreet, Marie Miller and Willie Mae McDuffie; 3 brothers: Roy Duggan, Wilson Duggan and Joe Duggan.

He is survived by his wife: Marian Floyd Duggan of Nashville; 2 daughters: Jennifer (Chris) West of Nashville and Cindy (Mike) Marion of Nashville; son: Scott (Teresa) Duggan of Nashville; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday October 26, 2022 at 4 PM in the Riverside Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Kevin Stone officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverside cemetery. Visitation is at the church one hour prior to the service. Memorials are requested to the Riverside Missionary Baptist Church.
