Charles Raymond Hayes' Obituary
Charles Raymond Hayes, 64, of Nashville, died Wednesday March 20, 2013 in the Berrien County Hospital.
He was born March 5, 1949 in Cook County to the late William Elmer Hayes and the late Fannie Mae Day. He was employed with MSI in Tifton, J.H. Harvey Co. in Nashville, and was retired from the Berrien County Board of Education Maintenance Division at Berrien Middle School. He was also a member of Ruth Forrester Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a brother: Carroll Hayes and 2 sisters: Faye Gaskins and Nell Sumner.
He is survived by his wife: Wilma May Hayes of Nashville; son: Josh Hayes of Nashville; 2 grandchildren: Caleb and Anslie Hayes; 3 sisters: Myrtice MacGregor of Kissimmee, FL, Donna Lyons of Warner Robins, and Joan Hester of Adel; 3 brothers: Edward Hayes, Donald Hayes and Johnny Hayes all of Adel.
Funeral services will be held Saturday March 23, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Clarence Luke officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 6 to 8 PM.
