Charles Scott Thomas, 47, of Nashville died Monday December 5, 2011 at the South Georgia Medical Center.
He was born September 18, 1964 in Berrien County to the late Charles Norman "Buddy" Thomas and Elizabeth Fender. He was a heavy equipment operator.
He is survived by his wife: Kimberly Michelle Rigdon Thomas of Nashville; daughter: Erika Thomas of Lakeland; son: Zach (Melissa) Thomas of Nashville; step son: D.J. Blount, Jr of Nashville; mother: Elizabeth Thomas of Nashville; sister: Missy Thomas of Enigma; mother of his children: Carolyn Thomas of Lakeland; 4 grandchildren: Levi Dalton Thomas, Dustin Blount, Kenya Blount, and Elliana Thomas.
Funeral services will be held Thursday December 8, 2011 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Raymond Cason and the Rev. Shawn Suggs officiating. Interment will follow in the Long Bridge Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 7 to 9 PM.
