Christopher Shawn "Chris" McAvoy, 46, of Nashville, died Sunday July 7, 2024 at his residence.

He is survived by 4 daughters: Alyssia McAvoy of Nashville, Taiilor McAvoy of Michigan, Ali Jade Muniz of New Jersey and Declan Rentz of Tennessee; son: Tyler McAvoy of Ray City; mother: Melodie Vowell of Nashville; 3 sisters: Crystal Harper of Nashville, Lynzee Lawson of Nashville and Jennifer (John) Simpson of Mims, FL; 4 grandchildren: Ariyah, Dalilah, Kaizen and Everleigh; several nieces and nephew.

His family will honor request for cremation and no formal services will be held.
