Clara Evelyn Weeks Shivers, 89, of Nashville has passed this life on Saturday April11, 2020 and gone home to our Heavenly Father.

She was born January 7, 1931 in Colquitt County to the late Samuel Stonewall Weeks and the late Lula Ann Allman Weeks.  She retired from Nashville Mills as an oven operator and was a member of Nashville United Methodist Church.  She was the widow of James Madison Shivers who died in 2008.  She was also preceded in death by a son-in-law: Marvin Murphy; and grandson: Josh Murphy.

She is survived by three daughters: Charlene Futch of Valdosta Connie Murphy of Nashville and Elisa Shivers of Nashville; sister: Mae Tillman of Jacksonville, FL; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

The family will honor her request for cremation and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
