Clifford Dale Ulmer, 68, of Ray City, died Friday August 20, 2021 at his residence.

He was born February 27, 1953 in Canton, Ohio to the late Walter Ulmer and the late Occie Patton Ulmer. He was a very gifted artist, cartoonist and a member of Silver Hill Church where he served as a deacon.

He is survived by his wife: Leannah Maper Ulmer of Ray City; step son: Tony Edwards Ray City; sister: Jean Ulmer-Ollison of Akron, OH; 2 brothers: Walter Ulmer, Jr of Atlanta and Delmar Ulmer of Atlanta.

His family will honor his request for cremation and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
