Fannie Dale Herndon, 72, of Adel, died Saturday, November 15, 2025, at SGMC in Valdosta.

She was born September 27, 1953, in Cook County to the late Jo Giddens and Louise Godwin Giddens. She was a retired RN, having worked several years at Smith Northview Hospital and the Berrien Nursing Center. She was a member of Massee Baptist Church, loved to travel, spending time on the beach and loved her dog: Belle. She was preceded in death by a brother: Frankie Giddens and a granddaughter: Paris Livingston.

She is survived by her son: Ezra Livingston of Adel; 2 grandsons: John Livingston of Kathleen and Dalton Livingston of Sylvester; mother: Louise Godwin Giddens; 4 sisters: Diane (David) Grinstead of Macon, Judy Sinclair of Adel, Dona (Larry) Harrell of Adel and Shirley (Bill) Jacobs of Lake City, FL; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 19, 2025, at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Phillip Badley officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Wednesday in the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
