David Dane Rouse, 66, of Ray City, died Monday, November 24, 2025, at his residence.

He was born June 20, 1959, in Hahira to the late Talton Rouse and Doris Mae Keen Rouse. He was employed with Investor's Management and worked in apartment maintenance at Spring Chase Apartments for 41 years. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed gardening, very passionate about his animals and animal rescue. He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law: Don Porter.

He is survived by his wife: Jill Davis Rouse of Ray City; mother: Doris Rouse of Ray City; 2 sisters: Donna Rouse of Richardson, TX, and Gina Porter of Ray City; brother: Derrick Rouse of Ray City; several nieces and nephews.

His family will honor request for cremation, and no formal services will be held.
