Darrell Wayne Handley, 60, of Nashville died Saturday October 7, 2017 in South Georgia Medical Center, Berrien Campus.

He was born June 11, 1957 in Ocilla to the late Raymond Cecil Handley and the late Beulah Mixon Handley. He was a senior technician with Coveris in Tifton with 38 years of service and a member of New Covenant Church in Ray City. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing the guitar and was a master mechanic.

He is survived by his wife: Dorothy Ann Nisen Handley of Nashville; 2 daughters: Amy (Emory) Pafford of Jacksonville, Fl and Deana (Gary) Wilfong of Lee, FL; 2 sisters: Darlene (Johnny) Hopson of Ocilla and Blondine Patterson of Ocilla; brother: Block (Wendy) Handley of Abbeville; 10 grandchildren: Katie Lott, Natalie Webb, Jolie Bolt, Tye Pafford, Alycia Izzard, Justin Brusso, Aaron Brusso, Haylee Wilfong, Cadence Wilfong and Bella Wilfong; and 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday October 11, 2017 at 3 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Bennett, Rev. Jeff Palmer, Rev. Chris Martin, and the Rev. Robbie Herrington officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday 7 to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his honor can be made to Darrell Handley Trust Fund c/o Farmers and Merchants Bank in Nashville.
