David Earl Griffin's Obituary
David Earl Griffin, 64, of Nashville, died Monday January 26, 2015 at his residence.
He was born March 10, 1950 in Berrien County to the late Acie Griffin and the late Irene Wright Griffin.
He was a member of the Nashville Holiness Church and was retired with Nashville Mills as a weaver machinist. He was preceded in death by his wife: Myrtle Leggett Griffin, step daughter, Ginger Porter and step son, Chris Porter.
He is survived by his daughter: Missy (Arnold) Dell of Moultrie; son: Mikie (Christy) Griffin of Moultrie; step son: Mike (Crystal) Porter of Nashville; brother: Eugene (Dorothy) Griffin of Nashville; 2 sisters: Diane Miley of Nashville and Joyce (Harvey) Ritchea of Nashville; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday January 29, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny Smith and the Rev. Jimmy Dampier officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 6-8 PM.
