Deborah Lynn Leach, 68, of Nashville, died Wednesday September 15, 2021, in the South Georgia Medical Center.

She was born July 30, 1953 in Strasburg, OH to the late Willard Leach and the late Fonda Kay Farson Leach. She was a sales associate with T Mobile in Nashville, TN and was preceded in death by a brother: Daniel Leach.

She is survived by 3 daughters: Michaila (Joe) Fleming of Nashville, Bernadina (Bear) Williams of Jewett, OH and Jennifer Wolfe of Daytona Beach, FL; son: James (Dawn) Wolfe of Smyrna, TN; sister: Desiree Leach of Nashville, TN; brother: Derrick Leach of Nashville, TN; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Her family will honor her request for cremation and no formal services will be held.
