Delcie Mae Wilson-Jaynes' Obituary
Delcie Mae Wilson-Jaynes, 99, of Alapaha, died Friday December 8, 2017 in the Berrien Nursing Center.
She was born August 28, 1918 in Gadsden, TN to the late Hobert Shackelford and the late Ida Meddlin Shackelford. She was a homemaker and member of the Alapaha Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands: Hugh Wilson and J.V. Jaynes.
She is survived by a sister: Nadine Purvis of Tifton.
Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday December 9, 2017 at 3 PM in Fletcher Cemetery with the Rev. Gerald Purvis officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
