William Dennis Barker, 52, of Nashville, died Thursday June 28, 2018 at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL.

He was born August 1, 1965 in Detroit, MI to the late Julian Barker and Judith Carter Barker.

He is survived by his wife: Pearl Elizabeth Wells Barker of Nashville; 3 daughters: Mandi (T.J.) Delaney of Adel, Shona Barker and Jessica Barker of Nashville; son: Chris (Brandi) Sellars of Lakeland; mother: Judith Barker of Adel; 8 grandchildren; 2 sisters: Jennifer Barker of Barney and Carol Lee (Wesley) Heirs of Quitman; 2 brothers: Julian Barker of Slidell, LA and Buddy Barker of San Antonio, TX.

Funeral services will be held Friday July 6, 2018 at 4 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Terron Stonecypher and Mr. Derrick Jackson officiating. Interment will follow in Brushy Creek Cemetery, Cook Co. Visitation is Thursday from 7 to 9 PM.
