Dorothy Kay Lawler, 59, of Ray City, died Monday February 8, 2021 at her residence.

She was born April 24, 1961 in Indianapolis, IN to the late William E. Rodman and the late Martha J. Ivey Rodman. She was a homemaker, a warehouse manager for Rolls Royce Motors and Motion Industries in Indianapolis and a member of the Adel First Assembly of God.

She is survived by her husband: Pete Lawler of Ray City; daughter: Chasity Johnson of Monrovia, IN; 3 sons: John David Johnson of Indiana, Christopher (Dee) Lawler of Fort Collins, CO and Jason (Courtney) Lawler of Fort Collins CO; daughter-in-law: Kahleah Lawler of Brazil, IN; 2 sisters: Betty (Marshall) Shutters of Indianapolis, IN and Brenda Hartsella of Florida; 3 brothers: William Rodman, Jr of Indianapolis, IN, Robert Rodman of Wilbur, IN and Tim Rodman of Brownsburg, IN; 12 grandchildren.

Her family will honor her request for cremation and no formal services will be held.
