Dorothy Watson Warren, 69, of Nashville, died Saturday January 13, 2018 at the Clinch Memorial Hospital.
She was born August 21, 1948 in Lakeland to the late L.C. Watson and the late Lena Burkhalter Watson. She was a homemaker and member of Cross Creek Baptist Church. She was the widow of Carlton Warren who died in 2009 and was also preceded in death by 2 sisters: Barbara Ann Watson and Mary Royals; 2 brothers: Robert Earl "Buke" Watson and James "Dump" Watson; son-in-law: Jason Fender.
She is survived by a daughter: Angie (Jason) Wilson of Homerville; 2 sons: Ben (Lynn) Warren of Nashville and Eric (Alisha) Warren of Nashville; 3 sisters: Marie Gyr of Naylor, Carolyn Faulkner of Lakeland and Linda Donaldson of Nashville; 4 brothers: Clarence Watson, Dewayne Watson and Dennis Watson all of Lakeland and Rev. Bill Watson of Naylor; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday January 16, 2018 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel Morris and the Rev. Bill Watson officiating. Interment will follow in the Poplar Springs Cemetery. Visitation is Monday from 6 to 8 PM.
