Dorothy Rowe Warwick, 84, of Nashville died Sunday August 20, 2017 in the Fellowship Home of Nashville.
She was born December 27, 1932 in Alapaha to the late Richard W. Rowe and the late Pearl Howard. She was a retired registered nurse and a member of Nashville First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ed Warwick who died in 2005; 2 daughters: Lynn Godwin and Peggy Mathis; granddaughter: Jessica Williams; grandson: Michael Alan Williams; great grandson: Jackson Grant; 6 brothers: Bill Rowe, Winston Rowe, Vester Rowe, Bruce Rowe, Gifford Rowe and Willis Rowe; 8 sisters: Wilva Gray, Dallas Griffin, Callie McClellan, Maude Rutherford, Flonnie Rowe, Flora Rowe, Lessie Howard and Ellen Rowe.
She is survived by her daughter: Ann (Charles) Williams of Nashville; granddaughter: Jennifer Godwin (Jake) Meeler; grandson: Todd Williams; 2 great granddaughters: Saylor and Kristen Meeler; and a sister: Melba Weldon of Hahira.
Funeral services will be Wednesday August 23, 2017 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Randy Moseley officiating. Interment will follow in Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Tuesday 6-8 PM.
