Dorothy Weaver,77, of Ray City died Sunday March 4, 2012 in the South Georgia Medical Center.
She was born September 14, 1934 in Berrien County to the late James Hendley and the late Emma Rouse. She was a homemaker and attended the Concord Primitive Baptist Church. She was the widow of Robert Lamar Weaver.
She is survived by her son: Earl (Lisa) Weaver of Ray City; daughter: Joyce (Fred) Johnson of Ray City; 5 grandchildren: John Johnson of Lakeland, Justin Johnson of Ray City, Lauren Olivia Weaver of Ray City, Selena Weaver of Ray City , and Eli Weaver of Ray City; great grandson: Jacob Johnson of Lakeland.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 7, 2012 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with Elder Wendell Horton officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 11 AM until hour of services.
