Doris "Dorrie" R. Whitley left this world to be with Jesus, her mom and her beloved on Monday December 13, 2021. Born October 21, 1973, to (the late) Sharon and Terrell Whitley, Dorrie was so loved and touched the lives of many. She loved fishing and late evening sunsets. Dorrie adored her children and granddaughter and spoke lovingly of them often.

She was predeceased by her mother, Sharon Whitley. She leaves behind a father, Terrell Whitley; two sisters, Candi (Russ) McClellan, and Niki Whitley; four beautiful children, Kenny Wilson, II, Krista (Dean) Fountain, Kiersten Wilson, and Kyler Boyd; and one gorgeous granddaughter, Paisley Belle Fountain, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The family would like to thank a couple of very special cousins who often spoke to Dorrie about God's love and grace.

Lovein Funeral Home will be serving Dorrie's wishes to be cremated. At this time, no funeral or memorial services have been scheduled due to changes in the pandemic. If/when a memorial service is planned, friends and family will be notified.
