Edna Mae Staines, 79, of Lakeland, died Tuesday September 30, 2025, at her residence.

She was born May 11, 1946, in Naylor to the late Hershel Bennett and the late Lula Mildred Parr. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her son: Henry Hershel Staines.

She is survived by her daughter: Sara Staines of Lakeland; 3 grandchildren: Mark (Kayla) Taylor, Linda (Angel) Morales and Karen Taylor (Jesse Parr); 12 great grandchildren; 2 sisters: Gloria Felipe and Lizzie Barnard; brother: Junior Parr; several nieces and nephews.

Her family will honor request for cremation and no formal services will be held.
