Eloise Clanton, 86, of Nashville, died Wednesday February 3, 2021 at the South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta.

She was born November 28, 1934 in Berrien County to the late Eddie Lee Durrance and the late Lola Ethel Rowan Durrance. She was a homemaker and retired supervisor with Nashville Mills. She was the widow of George Hamilton "G.H." Clanton who died in 1999 and was also preceded in death by a son: Buddy Clanton, a sister and 3 brothers.

She is survived by 2 sons: Greg Clanton of Nashville and Tim Clanton of Nashville; sister: Glenna Jo Morton of Nashville; 5 grandchildren: Stacey Clanton, Shea (Joseph) Pritchard, Nikki Clanton, Chad (Susan) Clanton and Hunter Clanton; 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday February 6, 2021 at 10 AM in the Flat Creek Cemetery with the Rev. J.W. Dukes III and Rev. Mike Bennett officiating. There will not be a formal visitation.
