Elwood Heath, 87, of Tifton died Sunday, March 2, 2025, at Tift Regional Medical Center.

He was born March 26, 1937, in Berrien County to the late Clifton Edward Heath and the late Rosa Beatrice Fender Heath. He was a retired farmer who truly loved and provided for his family. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, was a hard worker and very honest man. He was preceded in death by a daughter: Dolly Alison Heath; 3 sisters: Melba Ray, Jean Strickland and Mary Griner; 5 brothers: William Heath, Clifton Heath, Johnny Heath, Elton Heath and Thomas Heath.

He is survived by 2 daughters: Pat (Jose) Prida of Nashville and Rhonda (David) Keeffe of Nashville; son: Dave (Michelle) Heath of Tifton; 3 grandsons: Heath (Christal) Spradley of Adel, Bryce (Natalee) Keeffe of Nashville and Kylan (Nicole) Keeffe of Lakeland; brother-in-law: Wayne Ray; 7 great-grandchildren: Garrett, Carson, Aubree, Brensleigh, Emersyn, Dawson, Kason; numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 2 PM in Glory cemetery with Mr. Jerry Hall officiating. Visitation will be in the cemetery one hour prior to the service.
