Emory Hugh Simmons' Obituary
Emory Hugh Simmons, 82, of Nashville died Wednesday January 3, 2018 at the Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville, FL.
He was born April 12, 1935 in Berrien County to the late Luther Simmons and the late Annie Lee Register Simmons. He was a retired paint and body auto repairman and a retired school bus driver. He was preceded in death by his wife: Reba Griffin Simmons who died in 1992 and Callie Astles Simmons who died in 2014.
He is survived by a daughter: Debbie (Greg) Forehand of Nashville; 2 step daughters: Jo Ann Walton and Marie Flowers; 2 step sons: James Flowers and Bobby Flowers.
Funeral services will be held Saturday January 6, 2019 at 10:30 in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Ward officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. Visitation is one hour prior to the service.
