Etta Ruth Miley, 79, of Nashville died Wednesday April 4, 2018 in South Georgia Medical Center.

She was born November 14, 1938 in Enigma to the late Marvin Hershel Soules and the late Ruthie Jane Boykin Soules.  She was a homemaker and attended the Connection at Long Bridge Church.  She was preceded in death by 3 sons: Robert, Ronnie and John Skipper; 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

She is survived by a son: Marvin Skipper of Nashville; 5 daughters: Gladys Powell of Pickens, SC, Debbie Parker of Hendersonville, NC, Michele Skipper of Mountain Home, NC, Vickey Beddingfield of Hendersonville, NC and Shirley Giddens of Nashville; sister: Martha Kitchen of Hendersonville, NC; 18 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.

Her family will honor her request for cremation and no formal services will be held.
