Everlyn Jewel Johnson, 5 days, of Nashville, died Sunday July 21, 2019 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany.

She was born July 16, 2019 in Albany to Kenneth Shearl and Kaitlyn Brooke Johnson.

She is survived by her mother: Kaitlyn Johnson of Nashville; father: Kenny Shearl of Adel; 2 brothers: Colton Johnson of Nashville and Jaxson Schweisthal of Nashville; maternal grandparents: Tabitha Lewis of Perry, FL and Dewayne (Taylor) Johnson of Valdosta; paternal grandmother: Laverne Purdon of Valdosta.

Graveside funeral services will be held Friday July 26, 2019 at 11 AM in the Old City Cemetery in Nashville.
