Faith Hendley, 81, of Nashville, GA, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at Fellowship Home in Nashville, GA.

Faith was born September 10, 1943 in Eastman, GA to the late Wilbur and Lilla Mae Bridges Scarborough. Among her many accomplishments, Faith was most proud of her son, Jim and her daughter, Christi. Faith was a retired educator and counselor with the Berrien County Board of Education in Nashville, GA. She retired in 2004 after touching the lives of many students who passed through the halls of Berrien County High School. Faith loved and was deeply loved by her family, friends, former students and all of the people whose lives she touched during her life.

Faith loved traveling and spent many a long weekend in Hilton Head, S.C. While traveling in Canada, Faith fell in love with Lake Louise in Alberta. Fernandina Beach in Florida was one of her most favorite places to visit.

Faith is survived by her son, Jim (Donna) Hendley of Nashville, GA, her daughter, Christi Williams of Nashville, GA, brother, Tim (Darlene) Scarborough of Merritt Island, Fl., grandson, Drew Nix of Nashville, GA, granddaughter, Meg Williams (Hunter Hancock) of St. Augustine, Fl, grandson, Bill (Brandi) Kaufman, of Adel, GA, grandson, Joseph Kaufman of Middletown, Ct., granddaughter, Shaliegne Kaufman of Colchester, Ct., many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
