Faye Sirmans Patterson, 65, of Nashville died Monday April 22, 2019 in Langdale Hospice House.

She was born September 13, 1953 in Cook County to the late L. J. Sirmans and the late Mildred Hayes Sirmans.  She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.  She was preceded in death by a sister: Ollie June Taylor; 5 brothers: Bob Folds, Edgar Folds, Lance Sirmans, James E. Sirmans and Wayne Sirmans.

She is survived by 2 sons: Kevin (Jessica) Smart of Nashville and Jason (Melissa) Smart of Valdosta; 5 grandchildren: Will Smart, Maggie Smart, Colton Roy, Samantha Smart and Brooklyn Smart; 2 sisters: Joan Sirmans of Nashville and Lettie Revels of Chatsworth, GA.

A memorial service will be held Friday April 26, 2019 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Addington officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of South Georgia or Langdale Hospice House.
