Florence Sumner's Obituary
Florence Sumner, 82, of West Berrien died Sunday October 9, 2016 at her residence.
She was born October 21, 1933 in Cook County to the late William Horton Lott and the late Agnes Allen Lott. She was a homemaker and a member of Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She was the widow of Ernest Claude Sumner and was also preceded in death by a sister: Hattie Tomlinson; 2 brothers: James Olin Lott and Judge Hansel William "H. W." Lott; and a grandson: Michael Ellis.
She is survived by 3 daughters: Peggy (Wayne) Ellis of Lenox, Danita (Dane) Perkins of Nashville, and Angie (Phillip) Holbrook of West Berrien; sister: Katie V. Jones of Lenox; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 11, 2016 at 3 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Bennett, Rev. Ken Potts , Rev. Brad Baker and Rev. Stan Nix officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Tuesday one hour prior to the service.
