Foster Key Griner, Jr, 77 of Nashville died Monday February 14, 2011 at his residence. He retired Master Sergeant from the US Army and was a member of the Nashville First Church of the Nazarene.

He is survived by his wife: Doris Henderson Griner of Nashville; 3 daughters: Michele (Tom) Hart of Hebron, Ky, Amber (Walter) Haven of Pensacola, Fl, and Jeane (William) Whitman of Nashville; son: James William (Mary Anna Brown) Griner of Sparks; 2 sisters: Loudell Nix and Sara Frances Dykes both of Nashville; 2 brothers: Buie Griner of Nashville and Charles Griner of Valdosta; 6 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday February 17, 2011 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Smithwick and the Rev. Ray Dean officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens with full military honors.

Visitation is Wednesday from 7 to 9 PM.
