Cynthia Gayle Shiver, 65, of Nashville, died Thursday August 20, 2020 at her residence.

She was born July 6, 1955 in Florence, AL to the late Albert Carroll and the late Madeline Seabolt Carroll. She retired in hotel management, was of the baptist faith and was a true loving "GiGi".

She is survived by her husband: Whitney Wayne Shiver of Nashville; daughter: Emily (Trae) Beeman of Nashville; son: Ernie Shiver of Nashville; 2 granddaughters: Maddy Beeman and Marley Beeman; 2 brothers: Steve (Pam) Carroll of Lakeland, FL and Hollis Carroll of Lakeland, FL; niece: Ginger (Joe) Pillitteri; nephew: Chris (Kathy) Carroll of Lakeland, FL.

Funeral services will be held Sunday August 23, 2020 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mitchell Deems officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday one hour prior to the service.
