George Wilbur Denby, Jr.'s Obituary
George Wilbur Denby, Jr., age 74 of Nashville, died Monday August 16 in the VA Medical Center in Gainesville, Fl.
Survivors include his wife, Julie Ann Mobley Denby of Nashville; step daughter, Jessica (Earl) Peebles of Nashville; step son, Derrick Woods of Nashville; 2 sisters, Ruby Fulbright and Shirley Wiley both of Nashville.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Joyce Denby, who died in 1999 and also a brother, William Denby.
Graveside funeral services will be held Friday August 20 at 10 am in the Nashville Memorial Gardens with Rev. Vernon Payne officiating. Visitation is Friday morning one hour prior to the service.
