George Max Gaskins' Obituary
George Max Gaskins, age 75 of Nashville, died Wednesday August 17 in the Berrien County Hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Faye Hayes Gaskins who died in 2007.
Survivors include a son, Chip Gaskins of Nashville; 2 daughters, Debbie McMillan and Michelle (Bart) Fountain both of Nashville; brother, Bobby Gaskins of Norcross; 2 sisters, Linda Barnes of Fitzgerald and Ruth Goolsby of Ocala, Fl; 5 grandchildren, Tyler, Tanner and Lollie McMillan, Denise and Max Lewis Fountain.
The family will honor his request for cremation. A memorial service will be held Saturday August 20 at 11 am in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with an informal visitation period one hour prior to the service.
Memorials are requested to the Berrien County Animal Shelter( P.O. Box 1044 Nashville)or Humane Society.
